Manager-HRO

  • Designation: Manager
  • Experience (Minimum Years): 7-9 Years
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Commerce)

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with various stakeholders like IT, Pricing, migration, Sales team and respond to RFPs/RFIs
  • Designing solutions per client’s requirements; developing, implementing and transitioning processes in line with the strategy specified by the client
  • Preparing Process Maps, Operation Manual, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) and getting the same approved by the client.
  • Suggest Process transformation ideas, best practices to clients

Skill Required:

  • At least 1-2 years of prior experience in solutioning for Global payroll with experience in conducting onsite due-diligence , process mapping, solution identification and responding to RFP/RFI
  • Good Analytical and strong presentation abilities
  • Understanding of key benchmarks, and ways of driving performance to match benchmarks
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills)
  • Prior Customer Management exposure is important.
  • Experience on Payroll ERPs like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP etc. will be added advantage
